Flowrette Wholesale General Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future commercial relations between Flowrette Wholesale and the customer. They take precedence over any other stipulation emanating from customers or Flowrette Wholesale, unless formal and express waiver on our part.
Article 2: Price
Prices are in euros and displayed excluding tax, excluding customs fees and formalities if necessary, and excluding delivery and collection costs which are invoiced additionally. VAT is invoiced at the legal rate in force. Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Article 3: Product
The photos of the articles on the site are non-contractual. In the event of a stock shortage, Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to exchange missing varieties with similar varieties without altering the quality of the compositions.
Article 4: Payment
The price is due when ordering. Payments can be made by debit card, check, bank transfer, or via a secure payment module. In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied.
Article 5: Creation and Delivery Deadlines
Our creation and delivery times are expressed in working days. Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to choose the carrier and delivery method suitable for each order.
Article 6: Complaints and Returns
Any complaints related to the quality of the products must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the goods. Returns of goods must be made with our agreement.
Article 7: Reservation of Ownership
Flowrette Wholesale retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price.
Article 8: Dispute
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. This choice applies even in the event of interim relief, incidental request or multiple defendants.
Article 9: Force Majeure
Flowrette Wholesale cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, defined as any external, unpredictable and irresistible event.
Article 10: Modification of the General Conditions
Flowrette Wholesale reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions at any time.
Article 11: Other Provisions
This includes provisions on account creation, use of cookies, and newsletter subscription.
